Lab Transitions: Warm Welcome and Fond Farewells

We’re excited to welcome Andrew, who joins our lab as a postdoctoral fellow through the INSPIRE program—we look forward to the great science and teaching ahead!

At the same time, we celebrate the next steps of two cherished lab members: Jolene has graduated college and is heading to UCSF to begin her journey as a research technician, and Jose is starting a new chapter as a master’s student at Rutgers. We are incredibly proud of them and wish them both continued growth and success in their new roles!

We had a great time at the Rutgers Cancer Institute–Ludwig Princeton Branch Annual Cancer Research Symposium! Jose gave a lightning talk, and Xinyu, Jolene, Dalia, Mikaela, and Pranav presented five posters. Fun fact: everyone showed up in black that day—except me!

At the same time, we congratulate Fengwei on moving forward to pursue his PhD in the Quantitative Biosciences program. It’s been a pleasure having her in the lab, and we’re proud to see her take this next big step.
